WonderMaina Holiday Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking any travel package with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WonderMaina Holiday services, including but not limited to our website, booking platform, and travel packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Traveler") and WonderMaina Holiday ("we", "us", or "our").

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book travel packages
  • All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete
  • These terms apply to all bookings made through any channel (website, phone, email, etc.)
  • Special terms may apply to specific packages and will be communicated separately

2. Booking Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by WonderMaina Holiday.

Booking Process:
  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through email
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment as specified
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email with itinerary details
  • All bookings are subject to our review and acceptance
Documentation Requirements:
  • Valid government-issued photo ID for all travelers
  • Passport and visa documents for international travelers (if applicable)
  • Medical certificates if required for specific destinations
  • Travel insurance documents are highly recommended

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, once full payment is received, the price is guaranteed.

Payment Schedule:
Booking Timeline Payment Required
At time of booking 30% of total package cost
30 days before departure 50% of total package cost
15 days before departure Remaining 20% balance
Last-minute bookings (within 7 days) 100% payment required
Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI Payments
  • Bank Transfers/NEFT/RTGS
  • Cheques (subject to clearance)

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@wondermainaholidays.com.

Cancellation Charges:

15-30 days before departure 40% of total package cost 60% refund

Less than 7 days before departure 100% of total package cost No refund

Special Note:

Cancellation charges for air tickets, train tickets, and special event bookings may vary and will be communicated separately. Some non-refundable components may apply to certain packages.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned above.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount
  • No refunds for unused services during the tour
  • Refunds due to Force Majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Responsibilities

Traveler's Responsibilities:
  • Carry valid travel documents (ID, passport, visa, etc.)
  • Follow local laws, customs, and regulations
  • Respect local cultures and traditions
  • Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
  • Purchase adequate travel insurance
Our Responsibilities:
  • Provide services as described in the itinerary
  • Ensure quality accommodation and transportation
  • Provide experienced guides and support staff
  • Maintain safety standards
  • Offer 24/7 emergency support

7. Liability Limitations

WonderMaina Holiday acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.

Important Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions
  • Political unrest, strikes, government actions
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Medical emergencies or health issues
  • Changes in flight/train schedules
  • Individual actions of third-party service providers

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or complaints:

  • First, contact our customer service team immediately during the tour
  • Submit a written complaint within 15 days of tour completion
  • We will investigate and respond within 30 days
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India

Note: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

9. Amendments & Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
  • Change itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Substitute accommodations or transportation of similar category
  • Cancel tours due to insufficient bookings or force majeure events
Notification of Changes

Major changes to these terms will be notified on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
